Sometime in the next month or so, the TIMDEX and POD exports will start containing items assigned to new Locations for the DDC Library (Distinctive Collections – internal code for the library is ARC):
 
The new Locations are:
 
CODE: ASCA
Description: Archival Storage A
 
CODE: ASCC
Description: Archival Storage C
 
CODE: ASCD
Description: Archival Storage D
 
CODE: OCC
Description: Archival Storage Offsite
 
 
Eventually these Locations will completely replace the NOLN1, NOLN2 and NOLN3 Locations, but the work to move the Holdings will take a while.
In the meantime, you will likely start seeing items/holdings with these Locations soon.
